We are a small non-profit charity and employ seven members of staff; our Manager holds a Foundation Degree in Childcare Services, 4 Practitioners hold NVQ Level 3 qualifications and one Practitioner holds NVQ Level 2.
We're open Monday to Thursday 9am - 3pm and Friday 9am -12pm term time only, children will need to bring a packed lunch if staying after 12pm. Snack is offered mid-morning; fruit, breadsticks, variety of snacks from around the world and milk or water.
We incorporate a structured routine that provides learning through play with key persons enhancing the activities according to the children's individual needs. Each child has an online learning journey that has evidence of learning and experiences while attending Pre-school and introduces strong partnerships with parents.
We have positive relationships with the local schools and other agencies where needed to support children's needs and transitions to other settings.
We are OFSTED registered and inspected.
We have a good selection of resources and suitable equipment for child led activities and an outside play area for use in all weathers.
We can take children from 2 years to 5 years and can offer 2 & 3 year funded places and with 15 and 30 hour funding.
Fees from Sept 25 will be £22.50 for a 3 hour morning or afternoon session or £45.00 for a 6 hour session.
We do not have any additional charges on top of these fees or if receiving funding. You may be asked to contribute to any fundraising for the playgroup or other charities and this is optional.
